It is a tough week for heiress and entrepreneur Anerlisa Muigai and her family. Recently, her mother, Tabitha Karanja, appeared before Senior Resident Magistrate Martha Nanzushi to testify at the inquest into the death of her daughter Tecra Muigai.

Fans noticed that the Keroche Breweries CEO had lost some weight. There were several concerns and speculations in regards to her health. It seems Anerlisa got wind of the comments. In response to the concerns, Anerlisa asked fans to leave her mother alone. Through her Instagram stories, she revealed that the family had decided to live a healthy lifestyle hence the weight loss. She also posted before and after weight loss photos of herself, her mother, and her brother to back up her claim. ‘Leave my mum alone! Her weight loss is fine and we decided as a family that we all wanted to shed off excess weight. #healthy living.’ She wrote.
