In a turn of events at the Devolution Conference, Azimio leader and former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, sharply responded to US Ambassador Meg Whitman's statements on the August 2022 elections. In his speech, Raila Odinga sternly advised Whitman to refrain from commenting on Kenyan internal affairs. He further stated that Kenya isn't an extension of the United States therefore it should be left to handle its internal affairs without foreign interference. "Tell the rogue ambassador Kenya is not the United States. Kenya is not a colony of the United States. Keep your mouth shut while you are here. Otherwise, we will call for your recall back to your country," Raila said amid a roaring applause from a section of the audience. Boniface Mwangi and Martha Karua  Activist Boniface Mwangi took to his social media this afternoon to disclose that he got kicked out from all the campaign WhatsApp groups by the administrators. Mr. Mwangi, who volunteered in the Azimio Presidential Secretariat during the general election disclosed that he had been ejected from all the groups affiliated with the campaign. He made this information public through a post on his official Twitter account, calling it foolish and petty.   Boniface said there was no use in such a reaction because he had the opportunity to drag and named dropped those who led to the Azimio defeat, but he did not.   Boniface also announced that his time on the squad had ended. Boniface Mwangi, a prominent Kenyan Journalist, and; recently took to social media to explain why former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Martha Karua lost the 2022 general elections.   The Kenyan photographer who volunteered in the Azimio Presidential Secretariat during the elections wrote a 2000-word article detailing the factors that contributed to their defeat.  Boniface uploaded the lengthy document on his Facebook, saying that his deductions were from his observations as an insider.  In the article, Boniface quoted “Azimio’s overconfidence” as one of the factors of their loss.
