Joho Hassan, Governor of Mombasa, has signed an agreement with the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Regional Council from Morocco.
According to Joho, the collaboration aims at facilitating investment, technology, and skills transfer between Mombasa and Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, particularly in the areas of Tourism, blue economy, and cultural exchange programs.
The Governor shared the news via his official Instagram page, accompanied by pictures from the meeting. He also conveyed his appreciation to the dignitaries who made the collaboration possible.
‘This afternoon I signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Regional Council, Morocco under The Sister City Program.
