The president-elect of Uganda, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, and the MPs elect in his party, the National Resistance Movement, were recently at the National Leadership Institute; in Kyankwanzi for a retreat. Last evening, he shared several photos from one of their training sessions on his official social media accounts. In the Instagram post, H.E Museveni revealed that he was examining the targets made by the different MPs who participated in the shooting exercise. He then added that such training helps in developing significant leadership traits such as attentiveness. ‘Inspecting the targets made by the different MPs-elect during our shooting session earlier today in Kyankwanzi. This exercise helps in achieving alertness and focus which I believe are vital aspects of leadership’ He wrote.
