Diamond Platnumz Talks about his love for Wema Sepetu, While Zari Spends Time with Their Children

Tanzanian Singer Diamond Platnumz’s Latest Revelation Is Proof That the First Cut Is the Deepest.

Last evening, the singer reminisced about his relationship with Wema Sepetu while promoting his newly released love song Naanzaje.

Diamond told his fans that the song reminds him of the good old days when they were so in love, and; nothing else mattered.

He revealed that they would lock themselves in a room for a whole week, and he would sometimes miss his studio sessions to cuddle. He added he would even make up excuses not to show up for an event because it was hard for him to leave.

He said that he added the song as a bonus at first, but now it holds so much meaning to him.

Enzi ambazo tulikuwa tunajifungia chumbani wiki nzima, nakwepa kurecord na ata show ikitokea naitaftia sababu ya kutokuwepo....kiukweli wimbo huu wakati nautoa, sikuuchukulia serious....niliutoa tu kama bonus kwakujua mashabiki zangu wamenimiss kunisikia nikiimba hivyo”

“Licha ya kupokelewa na Kupendwa sana ulivyotoka...for some reason kadri muda uendanvyo nimejikuta naupenda saana, na mbaya zaidi kila niusikiapo unanifanya nitamani tena kumpenda mtu, na kuwa tena wenye Mahusiano......japo ghafla akili timamu hunijiaga, na kunambia "Simba Jifocusie zako kwenye kazi mwaya” Diamond wrote.

Diamond did not mention Wema by name while reminiscing about their past relationship. Therefore, his post sent a ripple of speculation amongst his fans. As speculations ran wild, those close to him let the cat out of the bag.

His mother shared a snippet of the music video on her Instagram and tagged Wema Sepetu. Esma Platnumz, on the other hand, was one of the first to comment on Diamond's Instagram post. In her comment, she said true love never dies even though one moves on.

"True love never dies hata mgombane vipi, moyo unaongea hajalishi mpo Mbali upi mmefanyiana mangapi upo na nani hatokuja kutokea" Esma wrote.

Diamond and Wema Sepetu were together between 2012 and 2014 in an on-and-off relationship before he finally dumped her for Ugandan Socialite Zari Hassan.

While Diamond was reminiscing about his relationship with his past flame, Zari, who resides in South Africa, was spending; quality time with their children, Princess Tiffah and Prince Nillan. She took them for swimming.

The toddlers shared photos of themselves on their respective Instagram pages having a good time at a high-end resort in Pretoria.
