'Your opinions don't worry me' Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko Addresses His Haters.

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko addressed his haters through a lengthy post on social media today.  In the post, Sonko said that though they make fun of his situation and refer to him as a blogger or motivational speaker, their opinions do not agonize him so long as his message is received. 

‘Watu wangu, as usual, a few of my haters whom I love so much like referring to me as a Governor reduced to a blogger or motivational speaker but that doesn’t worry me at all in any way provided my point reached to you’ He stated.  The politician also advised those facing similar situations never to revenge or respond with hate. Instead, he encouraged them to be kind to inspire such people to transform their ways. 

‘When some people throw you stones it’s because you are a good tree full of fruits. So don’t go down their level by throwing them back the stones. Instead, throw them your fruits so that the seeds of yourself may inspire them to change their ways’ He wrote. Let us know what you think about Sonko’s advice down in the comment section below.
